Meeting Information - This club will begin in the spring (March-May). 

Open Studio for all Rogers students regardless of taking an Art Class.  Come in and make art, collaborate with others, and have fun.  Snacks provided.

Advisor - Hong

ASL Club is for those with at least some signing experience (ASL 1, past or present). We will meet quarterly to play ASL games and discuss matters for those interested in ASL Honor Society.  Community service hours are available for students in this club. Members who participate in ASL Honor Society will participate in a pinning ceremony and can receive awards. Other members can come practice ASL and play more ASL games!

The Black Student Union (BSU) is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment for Black students and the broader community. Our mission is to celebrate and amplify Black culture, heritage, and voices while advocating for social justice and equity. Through fundraising efforts, we seek to support our initiatives, create opportunities for our members, and contribute to impactful projects. By promoting unity and understanding, the BSU strives to create a campus where every Black student feels valued and inspired to thrive.

The Ceramic studio is open for all students, including 9th graders from the JH. It is a great time to have extra work time for students who have the class in their schedule, and a wonderful way to meet new friends! Many of our students design our music playlists for these two hours, and this year our goal as a club is to go and discover art out in our community! We also have hosted fundraisers to earn money for our club as well as to raise money for the Puyallup Food Bank.

Chess club is a fun time to connect with others, play chess together and improve your game. All skill levels are welcome!

Debate club focuses on developing research, rhetoric and argumentation skills on a variety of topics.   We focus on a variety of formats from prepared and impromptu speeches, different forms of debate and Model UN simulations.

Students get together and play the Table Top Fantasy Role Playing Game, Dungeons and Dragons together. D&D fosters imagination, helps shy students become more outgoing, forges friendships, and creates an environment where it is safe to explore and try new things using only your imagination.

Environmental Club provides opportunities to learn about and spread awareness of environmental issues facing the world today. Members can learn more about our local natural spaces and conservation needs, as well as careers in Environmental Science, Ecology, and more.  Volunteer opportunities are available working in restoration and cleanup of local areas.

FCCLA promotes personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences education. We are the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America.

FFA is a student organization that focuses on agriculture and leadership.  FFA makes a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agriculture education.  FFA offers opportunities to gain real industry experience, learn and develop leadership skill, and serve the community in real and meaningful ways.

Genders & Sexualities Alliances, or GSAs for short, are student-run organizations that unite LGBTQ+ and allied youth to build community and organize around issues impacting them in their schools and communities. GSAs have evolved beyond their traditional role to serve as safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth in middle schools and high schools, and have emerged as vehicles for deep social change related to racial, gender, and educational justice.

Honor Society was established in 1921 to recognize outstanding high school students, and this practice continues today. Beyond academics, Honor Society strives to promote scholarship, leadership, service, and character within the school. Students are asked to further their academic achievements while also serving the school and community.

Band club is an extension of supporting our students outside of class. We participate in fieldtrips, bringing in speakers/presentations/clinicians, and help with fundraising for extracurricular opportunities, such as music festivals, special concerts, guest artists, and more.
